Today, May 4, 2026, Blue Nose and PHYGITALBOND present IAnodus, a new brand specialized in artificial intelligence applied to real business.
IAnodus was created to design, build and train artificial intelligence agents on the real experience of professionals who have spent decades working in marketing, sales, product, technology, operations and business transformation.
It is not a rebranding of PHYGITALBOND. It does not replace our current activity. It does not change the commitments or the projects we already have underway with clients, partners and collaborators.
PHYGITALBOND will keep working as it has until now on phygital solutions: activation, conversion, loyalty, Smart QR, digital coupons, OCR validation, gamification, promotional campaigns, data and the connection between the physical and digital worlds.
IAnodus exists to organize and bring focus to a very specific part of our evolution: solutions based on artificial intelligence agents, advanced automation and AI-driven process redesign.
Why IAnodus Was Born
Over the last two years we've watched artificial intelligence become an easy label. Anyone with an API, two prompts and a good demo can claim to sell agents. The problem shows up later, when that agent has to respond to a real customer, understand a legacy process, talk to the right CRM, live with incomplete data, integrate with existing tools, comply with a regulation, or work toward concrete business goals.
That's where the difference shows up. The difference isn't just in the model. Models are the tool. The difference is in judgment: knowing when to automate and when not to, which question to ask first, where to place a human alert, which metric actually helps decide and which one just decorates a dashboard.
That judgment isn't learned in a prompt. It's built over years of selling, launching products, designing campaigns, fixing processes, managing clients, correcting mistakes and starting over.
IAnodus exists precisely to turn that judgment into operational AI agents. Agents trained on real experience. Agents designed to improve sales, response, retention, efficiency and decision-making. Agents that don't replace human experience — they amplify it.
If you want to dig deeper into this thesis, the IAnodus manifesto, Why AI Needs Gray Hair, develops this idea in detail.
An Alliance Between Blue Nose and PHYGITALBOND
IAnodus is built on the collaboration between two teams with different backgrounds and complementary capabilities.
Blue Nose brings experience in strategy, sales, commercial transformation and operations across Latin American markets. Its knowledge of business development, commercial execution and growth processes is key to designing agents that don't stop at the demo, but help operate better.
PHYGITALBOND brings a product perspective, applied technology, physical-digital activation, automation, loyalty, data and the execution of digital solutions across Europe and Latin America. Our experience is closely tied to projects where technology has to work in real contexts: point of sale, campaigns, promotions, stores, hospitality, FMCG, institutions, apps, WhatsApp, QR, OCR, coupons and loyalty mechanics.
Within this initiative, Miguel Oscáriz and David Gutiérrez bring, from PHYGITALBOND, the connection between business, product, applied technology and the operational rollout of AI solutions. This doesn't change PHYGITALBOND's activity or displace the rest of the team, collaborators or current projects. It simply organizes a new line of work under a specialized brand, with its own focus and a clear proposition for the market.
The Team: Four Complementary Profiles, Over 100 Years Combined
IAnodus brings together four senior profiles with accumulated experience in marketing, sales, product, technology, strategy and business transformation.
Pablo Pérez
Blue Nose
Extensive track record in marketing, sales, FMCG, retail and education across LATAM and EMEA.
Enrique Vera
Business Strategy
Experience in digital transformation, strategy and channel operations.
Miguel Oscáriz
Business Advisor
Experience in business, hospitality, financial services, media planning and the development of market-oriented solutions.
David Gutiérrez
Business Architect
Over 30 years in product, technology, relationship marketing, loyalty, digital platforms and the connection between the physical and digital worlds.
Between the four of us we add up to more than 100 years of combined experience. But we don't use that number as a slogan. We use it as a filter. Every design decision for an agent has to answer one basic question: is it solving a real business problem, or are we just adding another layer of technology?

What's Already in Production: 8 Cases, 8 Industries
Before presenting IAnodus, we wanted to arrive with work already underway, not just a statement of intent.
IAnodus launches by incorporating cases already developed by the Blue Nose and PHYGITALBOND teams, now organized under a shared proposition: artificial intelligence agents applied to real business, focused on sales, response, retention, efficiency, automation, operations and decision-making. We're not talking about demos. We're talking about solutions already proven across different industries, with different problems, and one shared logic: AI only creates value when it's integrated into well-designed processes.

What PHYGITALBOND Brings to IAnodus
PHYGITALBOND was created to bridge the physical and digital worlds, but not from theory. From solutions that have to work on the street, in a bar, in a supermarket, on a promotional route, at an event, in an FMCG campaign, in an app, on WhatsApp or at the point of sale.
Over the past few years we've worked on activation, conversion, loyalty, traceability and data-capture solutions. We've done it through Smart QR, digital coupons, OCR validation, gamification, dynamic landing pages, promotions, apps, WhatsApp and reporting systems. But technology has always been the means, not the end.
The goal has always been to generate more conversion, more response, less friction, more recurrence, better data, less fraud, more operational efficiency and a more useful connection between brands, businesses, institutions and users.
It's not about adding AI to what we already did. It's about taking part of that operational knowledge to a new level, with agents capable of working within concrete processes, criteria, limits and business goals.
What Makes IAnodus Different
IAnodus starts from a clear idea: AI can't be deployed as a decorative layer on top of processes that haven't been thought through. If the process is broken, AI doesn't fix it by magic. It accelerates it. And often it accelerates the mess too.
Judgment Over Technology
AI is the tool. Craft is the raw material. Never the other way around. We don't start by asking what agent we can build, but what problem deserves to be redesigned.
Results Over Storytelling
We don't chase brilliant demos. We chase operational impact: more conversion, better response, less friction, more efficiency and better information for decision-making. If there's no clear metric, there's no solid project.
Craft Over Speed
AI's speed is enormous, but speed without direction just multiplies the noise. Before automating, you have to understand the process, the exceptions, the risks, the people responsible and the critical decisions.
Partner Over Vendor
We don't see agents as isolated pieces that get delivered and abandoned. An agent needs training, operation, review, metrics, continuous improvement and connection with human teams.
Guardrails Before Capabilities
One of the most important lessons of these past months is that an agent without clear limits isn't a solution. It's a risk.
That's why at IAnodus we design the limits first and the capabilities second. We define what it can do, what it can't do, when it must escalate to a person, what information it can use, what decisions it can make, what it must log, what metric it must improve and what risk it can't take on. AI shouldn't operate as a black box inside the company. It has to be useful, controllable, auditable and measurable.
How IAnodus Relates to PHYGITALBOND
IAnodus does not replace PHYGITALBOND.
PHYGITALBOND remains focused on its core activity: connecting the physical and digital worlds through activation, conversion, loyalty, traceability, data and user-experience solutions. Smart QR, digital coupons, OCR, gamification, promotions, apps, WhatsApp, phygital activations, reporting and measurable campaigns remain part of PHYGITALBOND's natural territory.
PHYGITALBOND →
If a brand needs to connect the physical world with the digital, activate consumers, generate data, validate purchases, launch promotions or build customer loyalty, PHYGITALBOND remains the natural space.
IANODUS →
If an organization needs to redesign processes with AI, train agents, automate operations, improve sales response, qualify leads or turn senior experience into operating systems, IAnodus is the specialized brand.
Two complementary lines. One shared logic: technology that's useful, measurable and oriented toward real results.
